Borked Birds – Oh my!

Been working hard in the Borked Planet Creations Lab on these super fun to make patches! Birds!

The first of many patches to come. Perhaps it is my shameless addiction to twitter that made me have birds on the brain, or maybe its just that I am a little bird brained? At any rate, these lovely little birds won my heart the moment I made them. These are hand made from fabric scraps and buttons I had from the sewing stuff I inherited from my Grama Rose. Thanx to my super wonderful grama, I had the beginnings of what I would need to make all the patches. If Grama Rose were still alive, I think she’d be very happy to know I was using her sewing machine to make these. She loved being crafty, and was always coming up with new and interesting things. I think she rubbed off on me a bit.
